Hey Zarth!

We have actually been talking about the use of spring shotguns as a secondary weapon and we came up with this logic: there are a number of people on the field who will be using spring shotguns as their primary weapons. Because of that, it may cause confusion (especially among the players with the spring shotguns) as to why they aren't allowed to use their weapon as well.

We're moderating the event as friends, not the police--you won't go to jail if you decide that you want to use a shotgun. It's really up to you, and none of the rules are intended to upset anyone. However...

I'd try using a pistol or just go unarmed. There will be a number of unarmed people and the game will advance quickly enough that you will have plenty of time to shoot.

Do you think we should still take the shottys as a secondary? I don’t really like the idea of being shot at when I have nothing to shoot back with. But yes I do see their point about it may be confusing or cause arguments...

Ok, I am going to make a master list so that we know who is going and how we are getting there. So post whether or not you are for sure planning on attending. Also if you are willing to drive. We'll just fill up before we head out and right when we get back and split the difference to help with gas, so make sure to bring some cash.

I am trying to borrow my parents suburban. If people are willing to donate cash i can transport gear and people. Right now the back seat is out so that gives us more room for gear. The count from my end of the valley is 6 people. Myself, Zarth, and four others not yet on the forum.
If someone can pm me the directions to the field that would be greatly appriciated. I found my 6 radios. I don't know how many are going to be in use from the guys on this end but i may have some that someone can use.

Just wanted to drop in and say hello. I bumped into Ninjascott the other day and he got me thinkin bout how much fun it is to shoot people. Although some other commitments are getting in the way of me attending this game, I'm looking forward to getting back into things this summer.
