*shrug* I figure temperate Marpat is dark enough of a color scheme where it'll be just fine.

It's high speed low drag. Also blindfiring is against the rules, so get a good sight picture!

Yeah, I'll be running with a helmetcam too. Haven't tried it in the dark either.

Re: Castle of Chaos 12/18/10
Can you be certain that the shot if safe to take if you don't have eyes on what you're shooting at? What if someone's moved up to an unsafe distance while you were behind cover. Parlay or surrender should be called at that close proximity, but if you simply stick your gun over or around your cover and fire...

Re: Castle of Chaos 12/18/10
dang reid beat me to the post...
true- though what ifs can almost always be avoided, not jsut by avoiding the blind fire. like don't take them glasses off! serious accidents usually take two to tango...
Also- is a min. distance of 5 feet is already crazy close, blind shot or not! gonna be crazy!

Not to mention that BOE has a 5' minimum range and if you can't see your target how can you know that you are in compliance?

Re: Castle of Chaos 12/18/10
I do see your point though, 5 feet is going to be practically in your face anyway. I don't think BOE has an ROE for surrenders.
Those TMC mesh face masks are going to pay for themselves this weekend. I'm bending the piss out of mine so I can get a better cheek weld with it.
