Team Scenarios
I had the idea today during church (don't tell my wife) but what if we did some team competition scenarios. What i was thinking was we could set up a date and have PI vs everyone. There would be some objectives like you have to kill certain people on that team before their team kills everyone else. At the same time we could have certain things that each team has to complete in order to win the game. PI would have to keep those certain people alive during the whole game as well as do certain objectives like keep control of a fortress if we had one. There would be some more things that could go into this but it all depends on how many people we can get to show up for all the teams.

I guess we would need to start with a place to play first. Then we could start on scenarios?

I would be glad to incorporate some of this into our upcoming game in January. Looks like it will be in DC-10 and should work out for multiple objectives. I hope to work out most of the details this week now that I am not in school. Any specific ideas you have?

Well what I was thinking was setting up a hostage type situation or an infiltration situation. There would be one team (B37 for example) that is in control of a fortress. The other two teams (PI and Wolf) have to try to take the fort. PI could have the objective of taking the fortress in a certain amount of time. while Wolf has the objective of taking the fortress and only loosing 3 or less men. Or there could be the ultimate objective for either team and that could be to eliminate two certain people on B37 to win the game. B37 has the objective of keeping control of the fortress for a certain amount of time. B37 doesn't just have to stay in the fortress but they can place guys in the field to make it harder for the other teams. We could also use the new medic rules and other new rules that have been implemented. The two teams that are not defending wont know what there objective would be until we start. we could have a couple of different types of objectives to choose from and each team captain would choose from a hat and then determine how to attack the fortress to accomplish their task. I think that there should be 3-5 min from the time that an objective is given and the time that we start the game. This way it could give each team a chance to plan their attack or their defense.
As I come up with some more I will let you know.
