Shady Glen of DC - 10 July 31

Dry Canyon, upper fields where some shade exists. July 31st. Meet at Lee's before 8:15 am because we will leave for the field right at 8:15. There will be a little shade but it's still hot in the after noon and it is better to play in the morning. BRING LOTS OF WATER

Going to play some team training games to help beef up our skills. We'll organize everyone into small teams for the day so that you can really get to know a few players and their styles of play well. Build up some good comradeship. Some of the games will group those small teams into larger teams.

Games for the day

• Ambush - Going to do several games of ambush, there are a couple of different trails we can practice on that have different advantages and disadvantages.
  
• Medic Elimination - In your small groups we'll do some games based on medics.
  
• Attack and Defend - With your small group you'll have to hold off the rest for a specific amount of time.
  
• More to be announced later

Ghost and Titan are planning on coming as well. It doesn't look like our numbers are real great, what do you guys think about carpooling down to ogden for this one? I could drive, and I can fit +5 in my truck, or +4 in my car.

I'm personally not really interested in going to the Ogden game. I'm not set up for the night games and I would rather do a smaller event for now. Too many big events lately and I want to get to know our guys a bit better. Plus some of the guys down South bothered me at DW2 and I need a reminder that I like this sport mostly because of the people I play with. I expect we'll have a few more last minute attendees as well.

I think I'm loaning him an AK for the day, I'll see that it makes it up there for him.

Actually the AK is for another. Mind if I just grab the pair on Friday? Maybe Jeremy should just buy Dustin's gun. Jim, give Eric a call if you get a minute to see if he wants to attend.

Already called Eric. He may be heading to slc for the weekend. But if he's here he will be there. Jeremy used dustins gun before but didn't want to buy it for some.reason I was planning on Jeremy as.my.plus one anyway but if you can get two AKs then i'm sure I could find another guy to bring along.

I've got an AK and a tempermental FAL, I'll shove'm both in a guncase for your guys.
