Is the spring on the anti-reversal latch correctly? Does the nozzle move at all when the gun's firing? If it sticks does it stick halfway forward before moving back? Have you been inside the gearbox before?

Re: Glock is jammed!
im not sure i have only pulled out the nozzle assembly because something was jammed in it. and i have never been in the gear box and when it sticks it stick forward not allowing any bbs to enter the chamber. but im not sure if its the spring or spring rail that is sticking but the latch isnt pushing back all the way so i cant tell if its the latch or if its the spring in the nozzle assembly

Re: Glock is jammed!
Yeah sounds like the tappet plate, which the nozzle is seated in, is either broken or sticking inside the gearbox shell. Hard to tell for sure without taking it apart and having a looksee. I've got experience with the TM MP7 which uses a similar style mini-gearbox. Mine would actually do pretty much the same thing. The nozzle wasn't moving completely forward, and there was no airseal with the hopup bucking because it. The bb's would fly a full 5 feet out the muzzle. I was able to determine that the tappet plate was sticking inside it's track in the gearbox. I was able to fix it by filing down the sides of the tappet plate so it was able to slide back and forth smoothly. I'm not sure enough that it's same exact issue, could be it just needs some silicone oil along the track to help it operate smoothly.

If you need them there are some good guides for disassembly and reassembly on this page:

Not sure, but you might be able to ID the part here. Diagram is for the identical TM G18C
