COD Black Ops

Who's grabbing the new one comin out on Tuesday? I'm interested to see what they do with the co-op stuff.

not grabbin it for awhile. kinda lost a lot of faith in the CoD series.

I'm still a fan. For the first time I want to buy a game when it's new but can't. I'll just have to wait for it to get cheap or show up on ksl.

I picked up the game this morning and I'm going absolutely ape (censored). 1961 Cuba, I start out using an M16/M203 combo (not even XM148, full blown in service since 1969 adopted by military in '70 M203). 1968 Khe Sahn, I picked up an M14 M203 combo off a dead Marine. Later that day I have a Franchi Spas 12 (manufactured from 1979-2000) tossed to me by my teammate. I'm sure I'll have more reason to rant the deeper I get into it. The developers should have put a little more research into this one. I know creative license lends some leeway, but holy cow.

yeah i noticed a few things too. but really, it's not as bad as putting a suppresor and red dot on a thompson (yes, i'm looking at you, world at war...)

I'm just disappointed I lost my weekly MW2 group to this game.

you'll get them back. having spent the last many hours of my life to this game, i can tell you it's not as good as mw2. Really, it was a huge disappointment, and just made me want to play either modern warfare

I tried. I saw the invite and ckicked on it and the only option it gave me was to invite you to a game. So I did. I'll get one of my kids to show me what i'm missing. By the way, I decided I wanted to start over so my moniker is now reidc100.

I caved big time. Went and played the game at Jimmy's and had to play more. So one of the things that has made these games fun in the past is getting on with a group of guys. Jimmy has a pretty good group that usually get on once a week so I will ask him to post when. I think he said they will be getting on tomorrow (Monday) night.

It would be fun if we could find what times work best for everyone. I'm usually available Thursday around 8:00pm for a couple hours. I'm also on almost every Saturday morning that I am not shooting people or dealing with other responsibilities. So help me fill my wonderful Christmas break and regular evenings.
