Re: Spas 12
Tokyo Marui makes the only spas12 worth a darn. They are prone to breaking if you slam fire it too much.

Re: Spas 12
if the main feature that you're looking for with the spas is semi auto fire, there is another option that slightly resembles the spas 12. the walther sg9000. like i said, SLIGHTLY. and that's pretty much only through length, pistol grip instead of full stock, and function.
fires semi auto, with an option for single bb or 3 bb shot by a simple toggle switch. runs on co2 at 290-310 fps. also, it doesn't use shells so you don't need to worry about losing them. instead you load the bb's through a side hole after you pull back the mock cocking lever. www.airgundepot.com carries them.

Re: Spas 12
lol that thing is crazy looking! semi-auto shotty within decent cqc fps limits sure sounds nice though.

Re: Spas 12
Ya know, all the tri shots start around 290-300. I will admit that the lack of shells could be quite nice. Shame it doesn't have a stock of some type. Would improve a person's base accuracy.

Re: Spas 12
The lack of pumping would make it a nice underbarrel shotty for an M16

Well, whens the next game. I was going to go to the Cqb but I have to do other crap. Looks like global warings finally kicking in. i should be coming to the next one.
Holy crap! A semiautomatic spas 12 airsoft!. thats like my dream come true. And its only about 100! hmmmmm but at a price, it has no stock. Andrew, do you think I could pay you to mod it. depens if I could get it.

global warming, nah that's just an early spring.
Putting a stock on that wouldn't be difficult, supply the parts and I'll bet there's some magic I could work. Or at least a black chicken I could offer up to the god of airsoft modifications.

it has a decent price to. though I like the shell thing. but to be semiautomatic, Its totally worth it

Re: Spas 12
running on co2 though, what kind of fps do you think you'd get with this in the summer? might want to keep your gas in the fridge!

Re: Spas 12
yeah if you end up getting that shotty, run it through a chrono when the temp starts warming up.

Re: Spas 12
Just actually looked at it. The only thing it offers is the 3 shot burst. I'm not positive but it looks like it is just a standard burst through one barrel. Hmmm...seems like any short aeg would do the same thing.

Re: Spas 12
it has a switch for 1 or 3 shot, and it does spread a bit like a tight choke on a turkey gun would. the biggest benefit i see for this is putting out multiple rounds in a semi-only or pump game, faster than a pump shotgun ever could. semi auto 3-shotty at the orem wb cqb!

Re: Spas 12
true, but i'm sure there's someway to tone it down with the use of a good airsmith.

Re: Spas 12
yeah, it has a switch like the bishop said. it runs 370 fps single shot than around 300 fps on triple. I found that out on a red dragan airsoft gun review. It was way cool. I am totaly buying this thing. Every airsoft gun is different, my airsoft ak74 was supposed to be 330 fps; its 395 on the dot. In the review I watched they chronoed it, It was 370 on single shot then 300 on triple. then on another guys chrono it was 450 on single shot then 350 on triple. We'll never know until we chrono it. But I know it wont exceed 400 fps on triple shot

A cyma cm031 ak74, version 2. Love that thing to death, using it in airsoft tommorow.

Are you going to the Layton game or just playing in your neighborhood?
Re: Spas 12
the stock question, here's an option.
and for an m4 type stock, all you'd need is some way to thread on a real castlenut and buffertube, or ares m4 parts since they're interchangeable with the real thing.
