Saturday 11/27/10 9 AM until at DC-10

Meet at Lee's at 8:30 and move to field at 8:45. I want to try a game that the 1/9 had posted that will give us a chance to have a timed competition. I'll figure out other game types based on who plans to attend.


we will break into teams of two and do quick matches to determine who the ULTIMATE GAMER is and who will be released from PRISON ISLAND. Earn your freedom by surviving the tournament.
Rules will be -
1) Teams consist of 2 gamers per team. ( 2 vs. 2 on the field at a time)
you have two options.
A) Both players are "SLAYERS" both are in the real world hunting and shooting, they can kill and be killed.
B) one person acts as a "SLAYER" while the other, a "GAMER" is not in play, but on the field, this player can do everything a SLAYER can do EXCEPT kill or be killed. The GAMER can act as an extra set of eyes, locate and distract the enemy SLAYERS, however the GAMER can not carry a weapon of any kind, nor can they be killed by any weapon. once their SLAYER is dead, the GAMER also dies.
2) This is a "last man standing", not "last man camping" game.
A) Each Scenario will be timed for 5 min. At the end of 5 min, whichever team has suffered the least amount of losses will be the winner, the game can end in a draw; but neither team will be awarded any points, and the bracket moves along without them.
B) NO camping, the nature of this game will not allow for you to be still for to long, their is a 20 second time limit to how long you can stand still (i reserve the right to adjust this time variable)
3) no other restriction on ammo, or loadout. bring the gear you want for this all out war, just be quick or you'll be dead.

any questions or comments, let's hear them. we want to make these games fun and get all the questions answered before game day.

Forgot to mention that this will be weather permitting.

nope. lee's is the meet place in smithfield for dc-10. I decided not to have everyone cross the creek since it will be up and too cold for wet feet.
