Downgrade spring

hey guys i have a question my gun is running hot between 380 and 410 i want to lower it so ican use it in CQB as well as field it came stock with a 120 spring and matrix sales a 110 spring that says it will lower the fps to 340 to 370 what do you guys think would that be a good range or should i go with the 113 which is between 350 - 380?

Are you trying to hit the 350 mark exactly then? I'd recommend a systema M100 for that then. It's a few bucks more but it'll be much more consistent, and the quality systema spring won't be as susceptible to losing tension while compressed as a cheaper made part might be.

no im just trying to keep it down so that i can be closer up when we play CQB but i dont want to compromise my field play either thats why i ask what everyone would recommend using
