Radios
My first question is what brand to buy? From the many reviews I have read and the research I previously did, Midland is preferred above all others. Would you say that is true? I'm looking to spend around $20-$30 so that I will have some spending cash for a headset.
Currently I am watching eBay and I have found some pretty good deals so I think something might just turn up that will work out. But if anyone has any suggestions or advice please let me know.
Another Option:
I walked into Radio Shack because I have a gift card for them and looked at their radios. They have a Motorola set there for $60 that comes with an extra charger adapter for the car. I was wondering if anyone was interested in getting a radio. I only need one and the problem has always been that there is only one charger so splitting was not an option, but this would allow me to do it if someone was interested.http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3251228&tab=features
I know I have talked about this in other posts but I thought it would be good and useful to others if it was in the correct area and easy to find.

Re: Radios
I love my Midlands! The seem to be built really well. Plus they are water and and dirt resistant. Midlands in my opinion are they way to go. If you want to test or check em' out drop me a line.
