solid butts Empty solid butts

Post by TopJobAsphalt Sun Feb 07, 2010 2:11 pm

I was wondering, does anyone have a solid butt stock on an m4/m16 or similar AEG? I have a couple of HUGE batteries, 8.4v 4500 mAh and 9.6v 4500 mAh. I want to know if they will fit in a solid butt. Battery dimensions are 1.8" x 7" x 0.9". currently I am just strapping it to the outside of my gun. Also i am thinking of getting a KWA gun, but have never used one. Any thoughts? Thanks

I have a full stock m16. You will be fine with those batteries.

Cool, I appreciate the input Ninja Scott.

Silent Night, I was thinking of getting an M4 or an M16. The M16 comes with an m130 spring, shooting a little to hot @ 410-430 I think, but I figure I can downgrade to an m120 or even an m110 spring for $7 from weapon blender and have good ROF and reliability due to the fact that the internals are beefed up to take the stronger spring and li-po battery, which I don't plan on using. Basically overkill=reliability and longevity in my mind.
