Wouldn't be much point to having an FPS limit if it weren't going to be enforced, would there?

Thats a big relief, I'll just have to make sure my team aims low and shoots from a distance.

Shocked that's not what I meant lol. there's going to be a chronograph on site and guns that are over the event's listed fps limitations won't be allowed in the event. Sorry, I should have just said that in the first place instead of.. whatever I was trying to do there.

i love having guns that dont shoot WAY to hot or way to low, just right, that way i dont have to really worry about the FPS limits, besides like the 25 ft rule and stuff... i think 350-400 FPS is great...

What team?

Yes, I'm often told I look Russian, and I love the attacking team. I think Weird Al's Canadian Idiot really describes the other teams quite nicely.

Russians have the Hind, and the FOAB (father of all bombs. Has the explosion radius of the hiroshima A-bomb, but with conventional warheads instead of a nuke).

haha Funny because the USA built the MOAB. Throw'em in a bunker together with some vodka because I'd like to see what comes out.

For everyone's info...

Lucas Lynch and Team Recon Commando will not be receiving an invitation to DW2 since they have failed to meet the parameters I gave them. Any comms with them need to be re-directed to me so that I can handle it.

Thanks,
Reid

Bullet sponges! I thought that was my new canteen. It holds way more water than the dirty old rag I was issued. I only have 3 bullets so why would I waste a perfectly good water holding device on them rusty old bullets.

Plus, I would rather have one skilled player than three goofballs. Big numbers at events can be fun, but they don't inherently make it more enjoyable.

For everyones planning info.

All RPGs and Mortars will be usable as indirect fire weapons only. None of these are allowed to be aimed directly at a player. Projectiles MUST have an arc.
Failure to follow this rule will be grounds for expulsion from the game.

Your Referee,
Reid Ceesall

Can we have hand grenades with similar rules as the RPGs and Mortars? Using grenades I think will help the attackers alot, but I dont want to buy the expensive tornado grenades. I was thinking of buying some surplus ones or maybe making some out of wood.

Here is the section from the posted event rules. I would think, to be effective, a grenade would need to at least make noise. I chose the stun effect since all the airsoft grenades make noise and all of them are of limited utility at throwing BBs.

Hand Grenades:
1) May not be thrown directly at another player
2) All grenades have 10 second stun effect (10 ft radius) and if hit by bb you are KIA.
3) When thrown to an area not under direct observation must yell grenade and wait 2 seconds. i.e. when thrown to a higher floor to clear the top of a stair well.
