New supplier in Ogden

Post by reidc on Mon Oct 06, 2008 9:59 pm

For those who remember Rob (he attended the CQB battles) he works at a hobby shop on the Ogden side. I'm hoping that someone who knows him can get us an address/email/website so we can check things out. I know they recently got their first guns in and, since i need BBs anyway,
I'd rather get them somewhere close. Ya'll chime in if you have any info on this shop.

They have a website, it is Destinationhobbies.com. The site isnt very up to date and I dont belive they have any Airsoft items on it yet. They are looking at stocking item but as of right now are not sure what to keep in and if anyone will buy them if they do. Any items you would like to see them keep in stock? They are trying to keep some bbs on hand, .20 and .25 and I think they have an UTG Shotgun or two in stock but thats about it so far.

Alright folks, here is a chance to have a more local source. Chime in on their websight and let's see if we can't help develop this into a good supplier.

I'm all for more local suppliers. I think this is a good place to become associated with if they are interested in Airsoft. In comparison, Big 5 has an interesting selection and they do have some say in what they order, but probably not as much as this company would. Then again, there are a few more stores further South that are good sources for weapons. So perhaps getting Destination Hobbies involved with BB's is the best option and maybe the supply side more than gear side. I wouldn't mind getting placed on their Local Clubs page and would be more than happy to put a plug in for their store on our website.
