Incidentally, if'n we decide to have ranks (which I'm opposed to) I think we oughta make up our own instead of borrowing from the real military. I.E Phoenix, Big Bird, Little Bird, Fledgling, Hatchling, and Chick (reserved for female members?) Not serious suggestions, but you get the idea.

I'm with you, I don't think we need ranks beyond Squad leader, and team member. The rest would be role designations ie Sniper, SAW gunner, Rifleman etc.
