Costa Rica Meeting is a Failure, Honduras' Future Unknown
The attempt by outside forces to mitigate between the ousted Manuel Zelaya and the military leaders who organized the coup has ended in failure. Zelaya was removed by the military on June 28 and flown to Costa Rica. Congressional leader Roberto Micheletti was sworn in as provisional president later that day. The former president has sworn that he would return to power one way or another. Riots in the streets of Tegucigalpa by the citizen supporters of Zelaya have brought this crisis to an edge. "If I knew he (Zelaya) was back in the country I would fight for him. The people are stronger than the military." Venezuelan Mercenaries (Alpha)

Good teamwork and tactical coordination are needed to complete the objectives this team will face. Pistols will be beneficial in the third phase of the scenario.
Uniform: Non-Woodland preferred, but not required. Anything that makes you look like a proper kill anything that stops you from getting paid, heavily armed, steroid pumped mercenary like the man above.

Honduran Military (Bravo)

Strong leadership and wise decision making will direct small units in fighting off invading and internal forces from ruining the country you just. . . took over?
Uniform: Woodland camo and a beret if you have one.

Not to be Disclosed (Charlie)

Players interested in this team should be ready to work alone a midst outnumbering odds. If you are interested in personal achievement and have no moral fiber or fear of what awaits in the afterlife start polishing long gun.
Uniform: Did you not see the picture? What more is there to say.

Look to this first post for an updated list of those who have signed up. As the date of the event gets closer I will add a poll for team requests. Some people may not get into the team they want based upon size restrictions. As more people sign up we will have a better idea of how to balance the teams. Those who sign up first will have first pick. Armbands are on their way to help with team distinction. If you are attending as a visiting team or group and want to stay together, post your request. Once you have been assigned to a team your account will be permitted in the team section. Updates with mission objectives will appear as the date approaches.

Well I don't have a working long gun either... Bravo: I have a beret that still should fit. Haven't worn it in a long time... Alpha: is basically me every game except the steroid pumping. I'll see what I can do about that though.
